There should be no experiments running, so all samples must either be waiting for a new experiment (“in Queue”) or finally released.  QCI Analyze: Make sure that no analyses are in the “Planned” or “In progress” state. If the GeneReader Planner has been used for creating flow cell plans, be aware that, after the upgrade, you might not be able to load flow cell plans created before the upgrade. Make sure that all sequencing run result data was transferred to QCI Analyze or GeneRead Link successfully.
