Do you have a protocol for the isolation of DNA from cultured cells using the BioRobot EZ1?

The EZ1&2 DNA Tissue Kit contain all required reagents and labware for rapid, automated purification of DNA from up to 40 mg tissue samples using magnetic-particle technology. Reagents are supplied in prefilled and sealed reagent cartridges, which ensures speed and convenience in loading the instrument. Protocols for automated purification of genomic DNA from a wide range of sample types using the EZ1&2 DNA Tissue Kit are provided in the handbook. These include buccal cells, cultured cells, dried blood and paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The EZ1&2 DNA Tissue Kit are automated with the EZ2 Connect (1-24 samples per run). These kits can also be used with the EZ1 Advanced XL (1–14 samples per run).
