My BioRobot 9604 came with several Accessory Applications. Is it recommended I run these protocols?

Yes. The protocols that can be found under "Accessory Applications" in your QIAsoft 3.0 Plus software are part of the maintenance procedures for the BioRobot 9604. It is recommended that you run these protocols as described in the manual "BioRobot 9604 Maintenance Log".
