Can I use a partial MinElute 96 UF plate?
Yes, you may use part of the MinElute 96 UF Plate, and use the rest of the plate later. In contrast to silica membrane based plates, the unused part of the UF plate does not need to be taped off. We do not recommend to re-use MinElute 96 UF Plates more than 2-4 times.

MinElute 96 UF PCR Purification Kit
The MinElute 96 UF PCR Purification Kit provides 96-well plates for high-throughput ultrafiltration-based purification of PCR products ≥100 bp in size.
