Will dUTP in a PCR reaction affect pyrosequencing?
In general, dUTP/UNG treatment should work for pyrosequencing to reduce contamination risk with PCR amplicons from previous PCRs.

Pyrosequencing: PyroMark Q48 Autoprep
Users of PyroMark Q96 ID, the PyroMark Q24 and PyroMark Q24 Advanced and PyroMark Q24 MDx instruments should be aware that reagents for these instruments will be discontinued after August 2025, December 2026 and February 2027, respectively. The PyroMark Q96 ID was discontinued in 2016 and the instrument is no longer actively sold. Existing instruments will be supported until the end of August 2025. Reagents will continue to be available until the end of August 2025.
