Yes, DNA and RNA concentrations can be increased by choosing lower elution volumes when running protocols on the BioRobot EZ1. However, keep in mind that yields will be reduced. Changing the elution volume from 200 µl to 100 µl will increase concentration, but the total yield will be reduced to 75-80%. Elution volumes down to 50 µl are possible.
