FAQ-1161

How many LiquiChip beads are recommended for an xMAP experiment?

For homogenous (no wash) LiquiChip assays, we recommend using 1250 beads per assay per well, and for heterogenous (wash) assays, 2500 beads per assay per well should be used.

The average fluorescence intensity of 100-200 beads per data point is analyzed by the LiquiChip Reader.
