Can I use plasma from underfilled PAXgene Blood ccfDNA Tubes?
A complete 10 ml blood draw ensures optimal results. However, depending on the downstream application and target ccfDNA fragment size, tubes filled with as little as 6.5 ml whole blood can be used without adversely affecting results.
