Principle
EZ1 Advanced DNA Large-Scale Bone Card预装有纯化程序，能够从骨骼或牙齿裂解液中纯化DNA。EZ1 Advanced DNA Large-Scale Bone Card应与EZ1 DNA Investigator Kit和EZ1 Advanced仪器配合使用。
Procedure
将样本研磨成细粉、脱钙、裂解。EZ1 Advanced每次最多可处理6个样本，样本体积可以是1.0、1.5或1.8 ml。该程序卡可在屏幕上显示操作指南和仪器操作命令。
