What are the typical yields obtained from Buccal swabs on BioSprint 96?

Yields from buccal swabs can vary quite widely as it depends strongly on the sample collection, for example, the number of times the cheeks was scraped, the intensity of the scraping procedure, whether the swabs are fresh or air-dried influence the expected yield. The range can vary between 0.5 and 3.5 µg per swab. However, yields > 2 ug is generally the exception.
