No. The AllPrep RNA/Protein Kit has been optimized for cultured cells. If you would like to recover RNA and protein from tissue samples, please follow our Supplementary Protocol 'Acetone precipitation of protein from Buffer RLT or Buffer RLT Plus lysates', (RY22).
