Principle

Procedure

Cignal Reporter Assays包括预制的、转染即用型通路报告基因(双荧光素酶或GFP),以及阳性和阴性对照。可诱导的通路报告基因和不可诱导的阴性对照都经平行的转染和实验处理。

 双荧光素酶
