QIAamp One-For-All Nucleic Acid Kit使用经验证的QIAamp技术，在BioRobot MDx全自动核酸分离纯化系统或BioRobot通用系统上可自动纯化病毒核酸或基因组DNA。全程自动化运行无需手动操作，2.5小时内即可完成，其间完成条形码读取和文件处理。该试剂盒在同一运行中可处理不同类型样本（如从血清中分离病毒RNA和DNA、从血液中分离基因组DNA）。

Principle
QIAamp One-For-All Nucleic Acid Kit使用快速真空操作，简化从多种类型样本中纯化病毒RNA和DNA的操作流程，无需苯酚-氯仿抽提。核酸特异性结合到QIAamp硅胶膜上，污染物流出。通过三步高效洗涤完全去除二价阳离子和蛋白质等PCR抑制剂，再用水或试剂盒中的缓冲液洗脱结合在离心柱上的纯DNA。
QIAamp样本制备技术完全得到验证认可。
Procedure
试剂盒提供优化的缓冲液高效裂解样本，稳定核酸并促进其选择性结合到QIAamp硅胶膜上。裂解液中添加乙醇并上样到QIAamp 96孔板。使用洗涤缓冲液去除杂质，洗脱的病毒核酸、基因组DNA和胞内RNA可即时用于扩增反应或–20ºC贮存。纯化的核酸不含蛋白质、核酸酶或其他杂质。

Reliable purification of EBV DNA from cells.
Viral DNA was purified from serial dilutions of EBV-infected Raji cells (50,000–10 cells/ml) using the QIAamp One-For-All Nucleic Acid Kit on the BioRobot MDx. Purified viral DNA was analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR. (Data kindly provided by M.J. Bankowski, S.W. Belzer, B.D. Lembke, and S.M.
