Principle
ipsogen WT1 ProfileQuant Kit为即用型试剂盒，采用real-time PCR技术，检测Wilm瘤（WT1）基因转录本。该试剂盒能够进行Wilm瘤（WT1）基因转录本在总RNA中相对于ABL对照基因表达的相对定量。该试剂盒灵敏度高，特异性强，可重复性好。ipsogen WT1 ProfileQuant Kit含有特异性的质粒和引物探针混合液，用于定量WT1和ABL基因（参见WT1 gene transcript 和ABL control gene transcript）。该试剂盒包含Wilm瘤（WT1）基因的5个标准品稀释液和ABL基因的3个标准品稀释液使用标准品能够实现准确的定量检测。试剂盒中的试剂在欧洲白血病网络（ELN）联合会专家的共同研究中得以验证。
Procedure
第一步是将样本中的总RNA逆转录为cDNA。第二步是通过real-time PCR扩增cDNA。ipsogen WT1 ProfileQuant Kit可对Wilm瘤（WT1）和ABL基因转录本进行定量检测。只需按照试剂盒操作手册中的实验方案，即可便利的开始反应。
