Guillaume Tahon is a postdoctoral researcher within the Microbial Evolution group studying the uncultured archaeathrough culture-dependent and culture-independent approaches. He uses state-of -the-art high-throughput cultivation platforms to enrich and isolate novel Archaea from various environments. With ‘ omics and bioinformatics analyses, he investigates the evolution of specific Archaeal taxa and how the divergence between habitats shaped their genomiclandscapes.
