Jonathan M. Pratt has served as Chief Executive Officer of QIAGEN since September 2026. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience across life sciences and laboratory technologies. Before joining QIAGEN, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Filtration Group, a global business with more than 7,500 employees and sales of more than $2 billion. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of the Waters Division at Waters Corporation and President of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, and held senior leadership positions at Pall Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
