Fernando Beils has served as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Commercial Operations since January 2025. He joined QIAGEN in 2023 as Senior Vice President, Head of the Molecular Diagnostics Business Area and member of the Executive Committee. Before QIAGEN, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Genetic Testing Solutions Business at Thermo Fisher Scientific. He previously spent more than two decades at Siemens in commercial, strategy and finance roles, most recently as Global Head of the Molecular Diagnostics Business Unit at Siemens Healthineers. He holds a degree in Business Administration from EWA Madrid and the University Mosbach School of Business.
