How do I sign up for My QIAGEN and link my customer number to my account?
- Visit this page to register or check the steps here.
- After registering, check your email for your activation email. Click the link in the email to confirm your registration.
- In My QIAGEN, click “Finish Setup” at the top to enter your customer number as well as a past order number to automatically complete your account details and gain access to your specific QIAGEN pricing and conditions.
If you do not have a customer number yet, select “Go to manual setup”. After you enter your shipping and billing information, Customer Care will verify your addresses and create your customer number. Please note, that this process can take a couple of days.
