Performance

Principle

GeneRead DNA QuantiMIZE System应用了两类qPCR分析,能够对20个基因组位点进行查询以确定生物样本中可扩增DNA的数量。这两类分析——即Assay 100和Assay 200——能够分别生成100和200 bp的扩增子。QuantiMIZE Kit使用Assay 100和Assay 200分析中获得的CT值来同时为对照(Control)样本和检测(Case)样本的DNA进行定量和定性(参见 Principle of the GeneRead DNA QuantiMIZE System)。

Procedure

将生物样本中抽提出的基因组DNA与所提供的预混液进行混合。如果使用了芯片试剂盒,则将混合之后的样品平均加样至芯片当中;如果使用了分析试剂盒,则在加样至芯片之前将其与Assay 100和Assay 200进行混合。执行PCR反应并将原始的CT值导出至网络数据分析模块当中,后者将对DNA进行定量和定性,并提供所需的DNA数量和PCR循环数方面的指导意见,以帮助优化靶向富集条件。

How do I obtain the concentration of my gDNA from the data analysis using the GeneRead DNA QuantiMIZE?

The data analysis template provides the number of cycles and volume of gDNA to use with our GeneRead workflow but no absolute DNA concentration.
