Performance

Principle
ipsogen PML-RARA bcr3 Kit为即用型试剂盒，采用real-time PCR技术，检测PML-RARA bcr3融合基因转录本。该试剂盒可扩增并检测总RNA中相对于ABL对照基因表达的特定PML-RARA bcr3融合基因转录本（参见PML-RARA bcr3 gene transcript和ABL control gene transcript）。该试剂盒灵敏度高，特异性强，可重复性好。ipsogen PML-RARA bcr3 Kit为PML-RARA bcr3融合基因提供5个标准品稀释液，为ABL提供3个标准品稀释液。使用标准品能够实现准确的定量检测。已与欧洲抗癌协会（EAC）联合对检测方法的标准化进行验证，ipsogen PML-RARA bcr3 Kit正是基于这种技术。
Procedure
