Krishna Amin is an Associate Director of Global Product Management for Targeted Genomics at QIAGEN, where she leads the company’s Targeted DNA‑sequencing portfolio supporting oncology and translational research. She joined QIAGEN in 2011 and has held roles spanning R&D, genomics services, and product management, bringing over a decade of hands‑on experience across molecular and next‑generation sequencing technologies. Her portfolio includes amplicon‑ and hybrid‑capture assays across tissue and liquid biopsy, as well as short‑ and long‑read sequencing, with a focus on delivering technically robust, scalable solutions aligned with real laboratory workflows.

Kirsten Timms, PhD, Senior Vice President of Biomarker Discovery at Myriad Genetics, Myriad Genetics

Kirsten Timms, PhD is Senior Vice President of Biomarker Discovery at Myriad Genetics. She earned her PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Otago in New Zealand and completed postdoctoral training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, in the laboratory of Dr. Richard Gibbs working on the Human Genome Project. Dr. Timms joined Myriad Genetics in 1998 and has played a central role in advancing molecular diagnostics. She led the team that developed the MyChoice® CDx HRD test and has been involved in all stages of its development, from early discovery through clinical validation and regulatory approval. Her work continues to focus on translating biomarker science into clinically impactful diagnostics that improve patient care.

Rahul Lodhavia, Senior Product Manager, Element Biosciences

Rahul Lodhavia is a Senior Product Manager at Element Biosciences, where he manages new and existing products across the company’s portfolio. Prior to Element, he held multiple roles at Singular Genomics, contributing to both R&D and commercial efforts for NGS and multiomics products and services. Rahul holds an MS in Biology and a BS in Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California, San Diego, and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Hélène Bauby, PhD, Senior Global Product Manager, QIAGEN

Dr. Hélène Bauby received her PhD in Molecular Biology from Paris University in 2005. She dedicated 13 years to academic research, studying plant development and HIV molecular mechanisms at the Institut Cochin in Paris and King’s College in London. In 2015, she joined QIAGEN and took on the role of Genomics Sales Specialist, covering Life Science and Molecular Diagnostic segments in France and Belgium. In 2023, she transitioned to the Genomics Product Management team at QIAGEN. Currently, Hélène holds the position of Senior Product Manager for Genomics at QIAGEN.
