Target respiratory viruses
Viral genomes exhibit high diversity and can be composed of DNA or RNA, or both, complicating detection and sequencing. The QIAseq xHYB Respiratory Panel includes probes for whole genome enrichment, detection and characterization of 89 separate viral targets, including SARS-CoV-2, influenza viruses, rhinovirus, parainfluenza viruses, enterovirus and more.

Target monkeypox virus (MPXV)

Whole viral genome sequencing is critical for surveillance of the multi-country monkeypox virus (MPXV) outbreak. However, coverage issues persist when sequencing viral genomes. The QIAseq xHYB MPXV Panel works with all known MPXV clades and enables targeted enrichment of the whole MPXV genome, including ITRs. Providing high coverage and uniformity, the panel is available either as a spike-in for use with any QIAseq xHYB Viral Panel or as a standalone kit solely for MPXV whole genome sequencing.
