Incomplete and damaged shipments
If a shipment is incomplete, send all shipping documents, containers and packing materials to QIAGEN, and notify us at email@example.com as soon as possible (no later than five business days after receipt).
If a shipment is damaged, accept the shipment and retain all shipping documents, cartons and packing materials for inspection. Make a note on the waybill of any visible damage at the time of receipt. Report the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org, including photos of the damaged product and the outer shipping box or crate as soon as possible.
Once the product you ordered has been released to the carrier, you become the owner of the goods and are responsible for claiming any damage.
