Depending on the business area, QIAGEN hires on all levels from entrants to young graduates to senior professionals. The majority of our vacancies require a specific university degree. Those qualifications can range from business administration and engineering to our core competencies such as biology, biotechnology, chemistry, bioinformatics and life science.

We offer global entry possibilities in departments like research & development, sales, technical service, operations, quality assurance, marketing, business development, software engineering, and intellectual property & licensing as well as diverse positions in administrative departments. 

Students are welcome to learn more about us and our daily work during an internship or can contribute to selected projects by completing their bachelor, master or diploma at QIAGEN. We also offer different apprenticeships.

Find the role that interests you by using filters like location, job family, employment type or keywords. Once you’ve selected a position, click Apply to start your application. You can apply manually or simply reuse your previous application.

You’ll be guided through an online application form. Once you’ve filled out all required fields, click Submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email and the option to create a candidate account. This step is optional and can be completed later.

If your application moves forward, you’ll need to create a profile. Please keep your login credentials safe, as they will allow you to access the Candidate Portal (called “candidate home account”) throughout the process.

You can upload multiple documents to your application, as long as each file is under 5 MB.

A current CV is required, your cover letter is optional but encouraged if you want to explain your motivation and fit for the role.

You may also upload additional documents such as certificates, reference letters, transcripts, or similar to help the recruiter or hiring manager better understand your qualifications and suitability for the position.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through your candidate account.

Your candidate account allows you to access your applications and manage your data privacy consents. You can view the positions you have applied for, update your personal information, review and manage uploaded documents and adjust your privacy settings at any time.

To access the portal, you have to create a candidate account. If you didn’t create one during your application, you can still set it up later using the same email address.
