Product Details

Purify PCR products directly or the results of enzyme reactions in a 96-well format with the UltraClean 96 PCR Cleanup Kit. The kit is optimized to remove primers, reaction components and dNTPs while purifying reaction products in the size range of 60 bp through 10 kb. Silica spin filter plates remove PCR primers, labels, enzymes and buffers.
UltraClean 96 PCR Cleanup Kit was formerly sold by MO BIO as UltraClean-htp 96 Well PCR Clean-up Kit.
