Can the QIAcube Connect MDx centrifuge be used independently from protocol runs?

Yes. The QIAcube Connect MDx centrifuge can be operated independently if the QIAcube Connect MDx is not performing a protocol run. For instructions on how to operate the centrifuge, refer to section 5.10, “Independent centrifuge operation”, of the QIAcube Connect MDx User Manual.
