What is the sample input volume for REPLI-g Single Cell RNA Library Kit?
This kit will accommodate a 7 μl sample input volume per reaction if starting from cells or a 8 µl sample input volume per reaction if starting from purified RNA. If having less starting material, add H2Osc as needed to reach the required volume.
