Why can I not find the Q-Base device in the device list during the first installation?

The tablet and Q-Base try to connect via bluetooth. By booting the Q-Base, the bluetooth module is automatically switched on for 10 minutes. Make sure that bluetooth has been enabled on the tablet and that the installation procedure has been started within the QIAcube Connect App within 10 minutes by pressing the “Configuration” button. If Q-Base still cannot be found, refresh the search by pressing the “Configuration” button again.
