About our program
Our 24-month rotation program will provide you with deep insights into various engineering functions within our Global Technical Operations Organization. You'll be based in the U.S. with rotations taking you to Europe (Germany and Spain) in order to expand your knowledge of relevant processes, to understand how we work together across locations and to build a global network.
A significant amount of time will be spent abroad. You'll gain experience in both day-to-day business and project work, as well as managing your own independent projects. We'll support you with intensive on-the-job training, mentoring by an experienced senior manager, coaching and training opportunities.

Program details
What makes you a good fit?
You'll need to be fluent in English with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering or Systems Engineering. We're also looking for you to have:
- Some prior relevant professional experience from internships or similar
- Willingness to spend a large part of the 24-month program in Europe
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Evidence of effective decision making with a strong sense of accountability
- An ability to think innovatively
- Familiarity with change management
- Excellent knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
