Through digitization we hope to make their day-to-day work lives a little easier, so they can spend more of their time making improvements in life a reality.
We have embarked on an exciting journey to leverage digital trends and advanced technologies. Through digital lighthouse projects and hackathons, we are pioneering tools to better address our customer needs and provide a seamless user experience. It is changing the way we do our business and shaping QIAGEN for the years ahead.

We believe the best way to provide relevant digital solutions is by listening to our customers. And our research tells us that customers want to experience tailored content, personalized shopping, exclusive benefits and easy and fast purchasing. We are developing digital platforms to address all of these points. Today QIAGEN’s 5,000 products can be purchased via our web shop and various other digital channels including punchouts and WeChat.

We offer our customer various digital tools to navigate our product portfolio and retrieve information and thus help them to make the best choices and optimize the work they do. Our ambition is to continuously integrate all our digital solutions into one connected ecosystem to provide a seamless data flow and excellent user experience.

Our data science and analytical capabilities are transforming QIAGEN into a data-enabled company - turning data into value and driving efficiency. Who we are

The Digital Accelerator is QIAGEN’s central digitalization enabler, mandated with driving QIAGEN’s digital transformation along the entire value chain. It is a cross-functional team of specialists from IT & Software Development, Data Science, eCommerce, Social Media Marketing, and Innovation & Strategy. Together with our partners across the entire business, we build digital solutions to bring QIAGEN's ambitious goals to life. We embody the idea of “select – build quick – test, learn & adapt – scale what works” and aim to foster an agile and innovative culture across the company.

    Targeting a global customer base requires flexibility, curiosity and a can-do attitude. Naturally, we seek to target our customers with the best possible digital solution that fits their digital environment. Just recently, together with our colleagues in China, I developed our WeChat-based eCommerce application.

Together with my five scrum teams, I develop and support new features on the QIAGEN.com website that is visited by nearly 40.000 users on daily basis. For me, digitalization is all about improving the efficiency of work and processes that enable new possibilities for us to grow as a company.
