Colin Lindsay is a clinical senior lecturer in medical oncology and works at the Christie NHS Foundation Trust, dividing his time in half between research and the clinic. He trained at the Cancer Research UK Beatson Institute and Cancer Centre in Glasgow, where he completed a doctorate under Owen Sansom studying genetically modied mouse models of RAS- and RAF-driven melanoma. Following that, he shifted focus to lung cancer translation through involvement with the CRUK Stratified Medicine Programme, as well as a two-year ESMO translational fellowship with Benjamin Besse and Jean-Charles Soria at the Gustave Roussy Institute in Villejuif, France. His main research interests in the translation and implementation of effective treatment strategies for cancers driven by RAS mutation and the MAPK pathway.

Heather A. Parsons is the program director of breast oncology and associate professor in the clinical research division at Fred Hutch Cancer Center and the department of medicine at the University of Washington.A nationally recognized expert in breast cancer and precision oncology, Parsons leads pioneering research in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) and liquid biopsy technologies, with a particular focus on minimal residual disease (MRD) detection and its clinical applications. Her work has shaped multiple clinical trials and translational studies aimed at improving outcomes for patients with HER2-positive and metastatic breast cancer. She serves in leadership roles across national research consortia and guideline committees, and her contributions have been widely published in high-impact journals.

Lao Saal is an associate professor for the division of oncology at the Lund University in Sweden, head of the translational oncogenomics unit, and also heads translational research for SCAN-B. Saal’s research focuses on the discovery of multi-omic signatures of cancer, with a particular focus on breast cancer and the development and implementation of clinical tools for prognostication, treatment prediction, and patient monitoring. Based on innovations from his laboratory, in 2016 he founded the spin-out company SAGA Diagnostics, which is commercializing products for circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) monitoring and molecular residual disease (MRD) testing. Saal has M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from Columbia University (New York) and has trained at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NHGRI, NIH) and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.He has published more than 80 articles in leading journals such as Nature Genetics,Science, and PNAS, which have been cited more than 14,000 times.

Prior to co-founding Tracer Biotechnologies, Mark Kaganovich was the CEO and cofounder of SolveBio (acquired by Precision Medicine Group). He received his doctorate in genetics from Stanford University and bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and computer science from Harvard University.

Piyush Gupta earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Chicago and a doctorate in cancer biology from MIT. Gupta was a member of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research and an associate professor of biology at MIT. Gupta previously co-founded Verastem Oncology, based on his scientific research at MIT and served as a director on its corporate board from the company’s founding through multiple rounds of venture capital financing and an initial public offering. His research has appeared in leading scientific journals and received international acclaim, including coverage by the MIT Technology Review, Bloomberg News, and as a lead story in The New York Times.
