About this webinar

For many years, the molecular hematology lab at Ghent University Hospital, Belgium, used qPCR and NGS analyses to diagnose and monitor patients with various hematological malignancies. In 2022, the lab began using digital PCR (dPCR) to address some of the limitations of these two technologies, such as the precise quantification of CAR-T cells (without the need for standard curves) in patients with B-ALL or DLBCL, the concurrent detection of different single nucleotide variants in a hotspot region, the detection of partial tandem duplications in the KMT2A gene in patients with AML or MDS, and the exact quantification of defined single nucleotide variants at low levels. This webinar will explore some of the applications for the QIAcuity One 5-plex ─ a dPCR instrument.
