Return Authorization Numbers enable us to track your return and ensure appropriate credit to your account. Returns cannot be accepted without prior issue of a Return Authorization Number from QIAGEN. If you are returning goods, please be ready to provide the following information:

• Purchase order number
• QIAGEN order reference number
• Catalog number and description of product
• Reason for return (to enable us to serve you better in the future)

We can then issue a Return Authorization Number and give you instructions on how best to get the products back to QIAGEN. Any feedback or suggestions regarding our return policy can be sent via fax or mail to QIAGEN for the attention of the Customer Care Manager.
