Payment terms for purchases are net 30 days. Prices are quoted in EURO and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and delivery. A contribution in freight cost of 30,50 € excluding VAT will be added for orders less than 1000,-- €, excl VAT. Online orders at the QIAGEN webshop over a net value of 500,-- € are free of freight. For dry-ice shipments, 15,-- € excl VAT will be charged. All orders are subject to final acceptance by QIAGEN Benelux BV at the prices in effect at the time of shipment, and are based on the terms and conditions of sale appearing on the reverse side of QIAGEN Benelux BV’s standard invoice.
