This quote shall be governed by General Terms and Conditions for Genomic Services which can be downloaded at www.qiagen.com.
This quote shall be additionally governed by the specific QIAcuity Eight Platform System terms listed below.
1. The scope of this quote shall cover mutation, CNV, microbial and gene expression assay designs.
2. The scope of this quote shall not include:
- Wet lab evaluation (unless purchased separately)
- Full disclosure of custom designs (datasheet of custom design including ROI specification will be shared with the customer after completion of project)
3. QIAGEN shall provide:
- Free of charge expert 5-plex assay design with dPCR assay for 100 reactions (to the first 10 customers who purchase QIAcuity Eight Platform System)
- One additional design on GeneGlobe should the first one fail at the customer site
4. QIAGEN reserves the right to withdraw the quote if the complexity of the custom assay design turns out to be higher than expected.
5. The quote will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase of the QIAcuity Eight Platform System.
6. QIAGEN will endeavor to fulfill the quote in good time. The anticipated turnaround is:
- From final consultation to completed design: five (5) weeks
- Assay delivery: four (4) weeks after design completion
