Along the way, she discovered she could use her passion for people at work and with this, found an opportunity to grow into something new. Today, she oversees a global HR division, leading hundreds of QIAGENers around the world. Her journey reflects what our culture makes possible: the freedom to explore, the trust to try something different and the support to grow into your potential.
