How can I download invoices from My QIAGEN?
- Log in to My QIAGEN and select the “Orders” tab. Use the same email ID you used to place the order.
- Choose your order and click the icon below the “Invoices” column to download it. One invoice per shipment is displayed.
Invoices are available once your package is out for delivery. Invoices for orders placed since May 2021 can be downloaded. Currently, this feature is only available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
