Orders are generally shipped on the same day when received before 3:30 p.m. EST. Shipping/handling and insurance charges are prepaid by QIAGEN and added to the invoice. QIAGEN reserves the rights to change conditions for shipping and delivery charges.

Orders within Ontario and Quebec are normally shipped via ground service, unless otherwise specified. Orders outside Ontario and Quebec are normally shipped via second-day service, unless otherwise specified. Shipping and delivery dates are estimated as accurately as possible at the time orders are placed. Shipments are F.O.B. Mississauga, Ontario.

Our online ordering shipping choices are Federal Express Overnight Priority (faster but most expensive) and Federal Express Overnight Standard. If you want to use another shipping company when ordering online, either enter your carrier number in the field provided or enter the details into the Comments field.
