How can I track my order in My QIAGEN?

  1. Log in to My QIAGEN and select the “Orders” tab.
  2. Choose your order, and click “Track Shipment” to be redirected to the carrier’s website.

Currently, order tracking is only available for items sent by FedEx or UPS in Austria,
Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States. When a different carrier has been used, the status “Tracking Not Available” will be
displayed in your account.
