Can cDNA synthesized with the miScript Plant RT Kit be used in real-time PCR with TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays?
No, cDNA synthesized with the miScript Plant RT Kit cannot be used in real-time PCR with TaqMan® MicroRNA Assays. Instead, cDNA synthesized with the miScript Plant RT Kit should be used with miScript Primer Assays or miScript miRNA PC Arrays.
