There is n/a as peak assignment instead of the size of my fragments. How can I solve this?

Please make sure to assign the size marker position on your sample plate. Otherwise, no fragment size can be assigned to peaks an electropherogram. In this case, all fragment sizes will be marked n/a.

To assign a size marker, please right-click on the respective sample position and select Size Marker from the context menu.
