How can I estimate the size of my protein based on the length of the respective cDNA?

With the help of the following information you can easily calculate the size of the expected protein based on the cDNA length and vice versa (DNA/protein conversion). 1 kb of DNA encodes 333 amino acids 1 amino acid equals 110 Da

Protein DNA
10,000 Da 270 bp
30,000 Da 810 bp
100,000 Da 2,700 bp
