Does QIAGEN provide template files for GeneMapper® 5 software?

QIAGEN does not provide template files for GeneMapper® 5 software since it is not intended for STR data analysis in human identity testing. GeneMapper® ID-X and GeneMapper® ID Software are intended for human identification analysis and appropriate template files for GeneMapper® ID-X and GeneMapper® ID Software are provided by QIAGEN and can be downloaded from the “Resource” tab on the Investigator STR products webpage.
