What vector do you recommend as template for in-vitro protein expression with the EasyXpress Insect Kit II?

If using plasmid (linearized or circular) as template for cell-free protein expression with the EasyXpress Insect Kit II, we recommend the EasyXpress pIX4.0 Vector for highest yields. Other vectors with a T7 promoter may also be used.
