Can the QProteome O-Glycan Glycoprotein Kits be used for blood cells?

While some blood cells do contain O-Glycans, our labs obtained a very low yield of such proteins using the AIL spin columns of the QProteome O-Glycan Glycoprotein Kit. No recovery was achieved using the PNA lectin spin columns. Therefore, we do not recommend the use of this kit for blood cells.
