3245 - What is the concentration of the primers and the probe in a reaction using the QuantiFast Probe Assays?

The primers and the probe of the QuantiFast Probe Assays are at a proprietary concentration that was specially optimized for sensitive and efficient amplification. Always dissolve the lyophilized assays to a work solution of 20x, using the supplied TE buffer. This 20x work solution can undergo 5 freeze-thaw cycles, therefore dividing it in suitable aliquots is recommended.
