About our program
Our 18—24 months international program is designed to fit your personal interests by providing you with the opportunity to select rotations in 3—4 departments within Finance (Corporate Controlling, Business Controlling, Accounting & Tax, Treasury & Insurances) and related functions (Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Digital Business Solutions, Procurement, Enterprise/Cyber Risk Management).

What makes you a good fit?
We’re looking for talented graduates who are ready to launch their international finance career with QIAGEN and who meet the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in business or data science (focus on finance), strong academics
- 2+ relevant internships or working student roles
- Max. 2–3 years’ professional experience (excluding internships)
- At least one international experience (min. 3 months)
- Flexible, mobile, and eager for an international career
- Fluent in English, conversational in German (German classes available)
- Analytical, tech-savvy, skilled with AI tools and Excel
- Resilient and solution-oriented in dynamic environments
