QCI Analyze version 1.5.0 analysis workflow release
New analysis workflows:
- New analysis workflows, BRCA UMI FFPE and BRCA UMI blood, providing secondary analysis for the GeneRead QIAact BRCA Advanced DNA UMI Panel on FFPE and blood samples, respectively.
- The analysis workflows will report variations in BRCA1, BRCA2, PTEN and TP53, as well as exon level copy number variations in BRCA1 and BRCA2.
