Product Details
PCR Anti-inhibitor is a carefully composed mixture of alkaline proteins which counteracts substances inhibiting the PCR reaction. Adding PCR Anti-inhibitor to a reaction mixture is an ideal way of eliminating inhibitors originating in a DNA template isolation.

Procedure
Quality Control
DNase activity was evaluated by incubating 1 μg of DNA with 1 μL of the enzyme for 4 hours at 37°C. Results are visualized on an ethidium bromide-stained agarose gel. The product was extensively tested in PCR reaction.
Applications
This is used for application such as:
- PCR with difficult DNA templates isolated from samples such as urine, saliva, sputum, blood, cell swabs, cerebrospinal fluid, biopsies, etc.
