International Finance Trainee Program

Are you a recent graduate looking to develop your expertise in modern financial management methods – and see firsthand how a truly global company operates?

In QIAGEN’s International Finance Trainee Program, you'll work closely with the Finance leadership team under the direction of our CFO in Germany, with rotations in several of our global locations. Upon completion of the program, you'll take up a permanent finance role.

About our program

Together with you, we will design a personalized 18-24 months rotation plan, with each rotation lasting 4-6 months. 

You will have the opportunity to select 3-4 Finance departments or related function from the following overview:

  • Corporate Controlling
  • Business Controlling
  • Accounting & Tax
  • Investor Relations
  • Global Auditing
  • Global Treasury
  • Digital Accelerator
  • Procurement

At least six months of your program will be spent at one of our overseas locations (the U.S., Poland or the Philippines).  

You will work on interesting, challenging and international projects in a cross-functional, multicultural and global environment.

    We'll send you an invitation to an initial 30-minute online meet-up.

    3. Business case interview
    We'll provide a short business case with a few questions. You'll have around 30 minutes to read it and think about answers. Then we'll discuss and challenge your answers in an interview.

    4. Selection day & Offer
    You will be invited to our assessment center which includes interviews, various exercises and the chance to meet current employees. At the end of the day, we'll give you feedback. If you have convinced us, we aim to make you an offer.
